At Hivraa Lifestyle, refunds are initiated only after successful return verification.
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible returned products as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Returned items must pass quality inspection upon receipt.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving account details.
